我院抗菌药物应用及细菌耐药性分析

目的:分析我院抗菌药物的应用情况及细菌耐药趋势。方法:利用Excel对我院2005年1月～2006年6月抗菌药物的销售金额、药敏试验数据进行统计、分析。结果:头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类、青霉素类列我院抗菌药物销售金额排序的前3位,克拉霉素、克林霉素、左氧氟沙星的用药频度最高;多种致病菌已对临床常用抗菌药物产生高耐药率。结论:应严格执行《抗菌药物临床应用指导原则》,根据病原菌种类及细菌药敏试验结果选择用药。

Use of Antibacterials in Our Hospital and Bacterial Drug Resistance

OBJECTIVE:To analysis the use of antibacterials and drug resistance in our hospital.METHODS:The consumption sum of antibacterials and the susceptibility test data during Jan.2005～ Jun.2006 were analyzed statistically with Microsoft Excel 2000.RESULTS:Leading the first 3 places on the list of consumption sum of antibacterials were cephalospori-ns,quinolones and penicillins.Clarithromycin,clindamysin,levofloxacin were the highest in DDDs.Multiple pathogenic bacteria showed high drug resistance rates to clinical common antibacterials.CONCLUSION:The use of drugs should strictly stick to the Guidance of Clinical Application of Antibacterials based on the kinds of pathogenic bacteria and results of drug susceptibility.
