参附注射液治疗病态窦房结综合征的疗效观察

目的：观察参附注射液对病态窦房结综合征（病窦）的临床疗效。方法：采用随机单盲对照方法，将１２５例病窦分为治疗组和对照组，两组分别静脉点滴参附注射液和极化液，１４ｄ后比较两组临床、心电图和食管电生理的变化。结果：临床疗效：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是８７．３％和４０．３％，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；体表心电图和２４ｈ动态心电图：治疗组和对照组总有效率分别是８５．７％和３７．１％，其２４ｈ心率总数分别是（９０ １２０±６ ０８１）次／２４ｈ和（６３１２５±４ ３２１）次／２４ｈ，两组差异有显著性（Ｐ＜０．０１）；食管电生理检查窦房结功能：窦房结恢复时间、校正后窦房结恢复时间和窦房结传导时间，在治疗组，其治疗后与治疗前相比较以及与对照组治疗后比较，有明显提高心率的作用（Ｐ＜０．０１）。结论：参附注射液治疗病窦有明显疗效，近期疗效好，副作用少，使用安全、方便，是治疗病窦的有效药物。

Observation of Therapeutic Effects of Shenfu Injection on Sick Sinus Syndrome

OBJECTIVE:To study the therapeutic effect of Shenfu injection on sick sinus syndrome. METHODS: 125 patients with sick sinus syndrome were divided into two groups. 63 patients were given Shenfu by intravenous drip for 14 days as treatment group. The other 62 patients were given glucose insulin potassium(GIK) for 14 days as control group. The changes of clinical manifestations, electrocardiogram(ECG and DCG) and esophagus electrophysiological examination were compared between two groups with a randomized single blind design. RESULTS: Clinical therapeutic effect: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 87.3% ,while that of control group was 40.3% .There was significant difference between them(P<0. 01). ECG and DCG: The total effective rate of the treatment group was 85. 7% and that of control group was 37. 15% . The total heart rates over 24 hours were(90 120 ± 6 081)/ 24h and (63 125 ± 4 321)/ 24h, respectively. There was significant difference between them(P< 0.01) . Esophagus electrophysiological study in sinus node function: The sinus node recovery time(SNRT), correct sinus node recovery time(cSNRT) and sinus atrial conduction time(SACT) in the treatment group were improved evi- dently in comparison with those in control group(P<0. 01). CONCLUSION:There is evident short-term therapeutic effect of Shenfu on sick sinus syndrome with few side effects.
