| 摘 要： | 目的 :探讨银杏叶片对慢性肺心病急性期血液流变学及预后的影响。方法 :将92例慢性肺心病急性期患者分为两组 ,两组均采用控制感染、吸氧、祛痰、解痉平喘、改善心肺功能等常规治疗 ,治疗组加用银杏叶片。结果 :治疗组较对照组血液流变学各项指标下降明显 (P<0 05) ,并发症发生率和死亡率明显降低。结论 :加用银杏叶片综合治疗肺心病可减少并发症 ,改善急性期的预后。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To investigate the effect of Folium Ginkgo tablets on blood rheology and prognosis of chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute phase METHODS:92 patients with chronic pulmonary heart disease in acute phase were divided into two groups Treatment group received routine therapy combined with Folium Ginkgo tablets, whereas control group received routine therapy only RESULTS:Compared with control group, blood rheological indices(P<0 05), complications and mortality of treatment group were significantly reduced CONCLUSION:Folium Ginkgo tablets combined treatment could decrease complications and improve prognosis of pulmonary heart disease in acute phase |
