| 摘 要： | 目的 :研制盐酸左氧氟沙星凝胶。方法 :用卡波姆 -940作凝胶基质制备盐酸左氧氟沙星凝胶 ,建立了性状、鉴别、酸碱度、卫生学、含量测定等质控标准并对制剂进行质量控制。结果 :pH值7 0～8 0 ,卫生学检查合格 ,含量测定平均回收率100 15 % ,RSD=0 31 % (n=3)。结论 :本方法设计合理 ,制备的凝胶稳定性好 ,具有应用方便 ,作用持久的特点 ,适于临床应用

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To prepare levofloxacin hydrochloride gel METHODS:Using carbomer-940 as the base,levofloxacin hydrochloride gel was prepared The quality control standard was established in respect to the property,identification,pH value,hygienic index,and content determination RESULTS:The pH value was 7 0～8 0 The hygienic index was up to standard The average recovery was 100 15% with RSD of 0 31% CONCLUSION:The design of the gel formulation is reasonable The gel is stable in quality,convenient in use,long in action and suitable for clinical use |
