| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨培养药学专业综合素养人才的策略。方法:分析培养药学专业综合素养人才的必要性和药学专业的发展趋势及药学专业人员的要求,探讨培养药学综合素养人才的方法。结果与结论:更新教育观念,调整和优化课程体系,深化药学教学改革,推行综合素养教育,可逐步提高药学专业人才素质,满足社会发展需求。

| Abstract: | To explore how to culture comprehensive qualities of students majoring in pharmacy. METHODS： The necessity of comprehensive qualities construction of pharmacy students, the developing tendency of pharmacy and the requirement of pharmacy professional staff were analyzed. The way to culture comprehensive qualities of students majoring in pharmacy was investigated. RESULTS ＆ CONCLUSION： By updating the educational notion, adjusting and optimizing course system, deepening reformation of pharmacy education, pushing comprehensive qualities education, the quality of pharmacy talent can be improved to meet social requirement. |
