| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE：To analyze the defect of patent protection for traditional Chinese medicine,and to make recommendations for the improvement of patent protection for traditional Chinese medicine.METHODS：Based on the theory of traditional Chinese medicine,current condition of patent protection for traditional Chinese medicine was analyzed.RESULTSCONCLUSION：Learning from the modern patent system,China-specific patent protection system has been established on the basis of the theory of traditional Chinese medicine. |
