对合理使用国家基本药物的思考

目的:为促进我国基本药物的合理使用提供参考。方法:结合目前我国医疗机构的基本药物使用情况,分析基本药物合理使用中存在的问题,并提出相关解决办法。结果:我国基本药物制度不够完善,基本药物的供应、配送、补偿等制度还存在较大问题,医务工作者对基本药物还不够了解,不少患者也对基本药物存在误解。结论:国家应出台配套措施,保证基层医疗卫生机构优先选择基本药物;医疗机构应完善医师绩效考核制度,保证医师优先处方基本药物;相关部门应加大基本药物制度的宣传教育和质量监管,并提高基本药物的可供性,促进基本药物合理使用。

Reflections on the Rational Use of National Essential Drugs

OBJECTIVE：To provide reference for the improvement of rational use of essential drugs in China.METHODS：According to the utilization of essential drugs in medical institution in China,the problems in the process of rational use of essential drugs were analyzed.RESULTS：The Essential Drug System in China was still far from perfection.There were problems in respect of supply,distribution and compensation of essential drugs.Medical staff didn＇t have a good understanding of essential drugs.Many patients had misunderstanding towards essential drugs.CONCLUSION：Support measures should be formulated and implemented by government to ensure the priority of essential drugs in primary medical institutions.Medical institutions should improve performance evaluation of physicians to guarantee physician prescribing essential drugs firstly.Relevant departments should enhance the propaganda and education of Essential Drug System and quality monitoring,and improve the availability of essential drugs to promote rational use of essential drugs.
