2008—2011年我院麻醉药品应用分析

目的：分析我院麻醉药品的应用情况，为麻醉药品的科学管理和合理用药提供参考。方法：采用回顾性调查方法，对我院2008-2011年麻醉药品的消耗量、销售金额、用药频度（DDDs）、限定日费用（DDC）等进行统计分析。结果：我院麻醉药品的用药金额和DDDs均呈上升趋势；枸橼酸芬太尼注射液的DDDs在各年度始终居首位，吗啡用量逐年增加，可待因和哌替啶呈下降趋势。结论：我院麻醉药品用药结构渐趋合理，细节仍需完善。

Analysis on the Application of Narcotic Drugs in Our Hospital from 2008 to 2011

Objective： To analyze the application of narcotic drugs in our hospital so as to provide a reference for the scientific management and rational use of narcotic drugs. Methods： A retrospective investigation was conducted for the statistical analysis of the narcotic drug consumption, sales amount, frequency of drug use （DDDs） and defined daily cost （DDC） in our hospital from 2008 to 2011. Results： There was an increasing trend in the consumption sum of narcotic drugs and DDDs in our hospital. Fentany citrate injection ranked the first in DDDs each year. The consumption of morphine increased year by year while the consumption of codeine and pethidine was on the decline. Conclusion： The use of narcotic drugs in our hospital was rational on the whole, but the management in detail needs to be improved.
