摘 要: | 目的:建立复方双花口服液中绿原酸的含量测定方法。方法:采用高效液相色谱法,色谱柱为迪玛C18(250×4.6mm,5μm);流动相:0.4%磷酸-乙腈溶液(90:10);流速:1mL/min,检测波长:327nm;进样量:10μL。结果:绿原酸在浓度150.72~753.60μg/mL范围内呈良好的线性关系(R2=0.9996),平均回收率为98.87%(RSD=0.76%)。结论:本方法操作简便、准确、重复性好,精密度高,可作为复方双花口服液的质量控制方法。

Abstract: | Objective:To establish a method for determining the content of Chlorogenic Acid in Fufang Shuanghua Oral Liquid.Methods:HPLC with Dikma C18 (250×4.6 mm,5 μm)column was used.0.4%H3PO4-Acetonitrile (90:10)as the mobile phase,flow rate was 1.0 mL/min and detection wavelength at 327 nm.Results:There was a good linear relationship at a range of 150.72-753.60 μg/mL for Chlorogenic Acid (R2=0.999 6).The average recovery rate was 98.87% with RSD of 0.76%.Conclusion:The method is simple,fast and accurate.It can be used for quality control of Fufang Shuanghua Oral Liquid. |
