中药多组分含量测定中相对校正因子计算方法的比较与建议

本文利用实验数据，选用多点法、斜率法以及过原点的曲线斜率法分别计算相对校正因子，求得待测组分的计算值后，再分别与外标法、标准曲线法和过原点校正的标准曲线法三种方法得出的实测值进行比较分析，以准确度作为评价指标，考察方法的差异，为方法建立及实际应用提供参考依据。

A Comparative Study and Suggestion on Relative Correction Factor Produced by Different Methods in Quantitative Analysis of Multi-Components

Experimental data were used to compare different methods of relative correction factor in quantitative analysis of multi -compo-nents.Three correction methods were adopted to establish the relative correction factor---multipoint correction , slope method and standard curve method （0 intercept）.At the same time, external reference method , regression equation method and slope correction standard curve method were used to determine the amounts of the constituents.To compare the difference between the calculated and real data of the three by accuracy and to validate the correctness and adaptability of QAMS.This paper made a full discussion to the technical requirements for research and method application , providing references for further study of this method.
