| 摘 要： | 目的:建立槐角丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用HPLC法测定槐角丸中黄芩苷的含量.流动相:甲醇-水-磷酸(45:55:0.2),检测波长:315nm.结果:平均回收率为98.30%RSD=0.84%.结论:本法简便,灵敏,准确,可很好的控制槐角丸的内在质量.

| Abstract: | Objective: To establish a method for the determination of Baicalin in Huaijiao Pills.Method: Baicalin was determined by HPLC using methanol-water-phosphric acid(45:55:0.2)as the mobile phase,and 315nm as the detecting wavelength.Result: The mean recovery was 98.30% and RSD was 0.84%.Conclusion: The method was simple,exclusive and accurate.The quality of Huaijiao Pills can be controlled by the method. |
