| 摘 要： | 目的:观察更年安胶囊对去势雌性小鼠的治疗作用.方法:小鼠摘除卵巢,造成去势小鼠,给药后观察药物对小鼠的自主活动、睡眠、学习记忆能力的影响;检测小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX活力及MDA含量;检测血清中血脂TC、TG、HDL、LDL含量.结果:与模型组相比,更年安胶囊低、中、高剂量组均能显著增加小鼠入眠只数,显著提高小鼠的学习记忆能力,显著增加小鼠血清中SOD、GSH-PX活力、降低MDA含量,显著降低小鼠血清中TC、TG、LDL含量.结论:更年安胶囊对去势雌性小鼠具有一定疗效,为临床治疗妇女更年期综合征提供了实验依据.
