摘    要:本文检测不同浓度的荔枝草和复方荔枝草提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌的体外抑菌作用.表明荔枝草和复方荔枝草提取液对金黄色葡萄球菌、大肠杆菌及绿脓杆菌有明显的抑菌作用,其最低抑菌浓度范围为0.008~0.063 g/ml,且醇沉前后其抑菌强度不受影响.该实验结果对临床上使用中草药治疗不同细菌感染有指导意义.

Abstract:The antibacterial activities in vitro of the extracts from common sage herb and compound common sage herb granules were evaluated. Their antibacterial activities in vitro for Strophylococcus aureus, Escherichia coli and Pseudumonas aureginosa were determinated. The extracts have obvious antibacterial effects in vitroon Strophlylococcus aurens, Pseudumtmas aureginosa and Escherichia coli. The extracts of MIC is 0. 008 - 0. 063 g/ml. Precipitating with alcohol has not effects on the antibacterial activity. There is directive significance in clinical medicine using the medicinal herbs for differential bacterial infections.
