白花蛇舌草水提物及其与黄芪复方制剂对 低白细胞模型小鼠造血功能的调节作用

目的:观察白花蛇舌草水提物及其与黄芪的复方制剂对化疗引起的白细胞减少症的预防和治疗作用.方法:以环磷酰胺腹腔注射造成小鼠白细胞减少症模型,用白花蛇舌草水提物和自制复方制剂进行治疗,对模型小鼠外周血象和骨髓造血功能进行检测.结果:白花蛇舌草水提物及其复方制剂可明显对抗模型小鼠的白细胞减少.结论:白花蛇舌草水提物及其与黄芪的复方制剂可保护小鼠外周血中白细胞免受环磷酰胺的伤害,同时对白细胞的回升有一定的促进作用;且水提物与复方制剂在升白细胞作用上无显著差异.

Study on efficacy ofwa te r extracts from Hedyotis diffusa and its formula with Radix Astragali for raising the leukocyte

Objective: To study the effect of water extracts from Hedyotis diffusa(WEHD) and a formula with Radix Astragali on the leukopenia in chemotherapeutic damage mice.Methods: Cyclophosphamide were administered intraperitoneally to mice to develop leukopenia,and the mice were treated with WEHD or the formula drug.The number of peripheral leukocytes and bone marrow cells of all the sacrificed animals were examined.Results: WEHD and the formula drug markedly raise peripheral blood leukocytes and marrow karyocytes in the mice model of leukopenia.Conclusions: The WEHD and its formula drug with Radix Astragali could protect mice against chemotherpeutic damaged by cyclophosphamide and raise peripheral blood leukocyte,but difference was not significant between water extracts and its formula drug.
