| 摘 要： | 临床药师为银屑病患者实施的药学监护:抗感染药物、环孢素、糖皮质激素的使用;药品不良反应与药物相互作用以及患者出院教育等多方面对银屑病患者开展药学监护,促进合理用药,提高银屑病患者用药的安全性和有效性。

| Abstract: | Objective： To explore approaches of clinical pharmacists for the pharmaceutical care forpsoriasis patients. Methods： Based on personal clinical practice, we discussed the contents and methods ofpharmaceutical care for psoriasis patients from several aspects including the use of anti-infective drugs, cy-closporine and glucocorticoid, adverse drug reactions and drug interactions as well as patient discharge ed-ucation. Results＆Conclusion： Pharmaceutical care could promote rational drug use in more safe and ef-fective ways for psoriasis patients. |
