甲状腺微小乳头状癌的高频超声特征与临床病理学特点的关系

目的 分析甲状腺微小乳头状癌的高频超声特征和病理学特点.方法 回顾性分析经手术病理检查确诊的89例甲状腺微小乳头状癌患者的超声诊断特征,并将超声结果与病理诊断结果进行比对.结果 高频超声检查提示为甲状腺微小乳头状癌超声诊断符合率为94.4％.主要集中在40～59岁,其中Ⅰ型血流8例,Ⅱ型血流16例,Ⅲ型血流65例,L/T（纵横比）≥1有83例.结论 甲状腺微小乳头癌不同的病理特征决定了不同的超声图像,多普勒高频彩超鉴别和诊断甲状腺微小乳头癌具有准确率高、操作方便、费用低等优点,值得在临床推广应用.

Relationship of high-frequency ultrasound features of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma and pathological features

Objective To study the high-frequency ultrasound features of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma and pathological features.Methods The ultrasonic diagnostic features of 89 cases of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma were analyzed retrospectively,and the ultrasound results and pathological results were compared.Results In this study,high frequency ultrasound examination showed that the thyroid ultrasound diagnosis coincidence rate of papillary microcarcinoma was 94.4％.Patients mainly concentrated in 40 ～ 59 years,8 cases of type Ⅰ blood flow,16 cases of type Ⅱ blood flow,65 cases of Ⅲ blood flow,83 cases of L/T （aspect ratio）.Conclusion The different pathological features of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma accompanied with the different ultrasound images.Doppler high frequency ultrasound in the identification and diagnosis of papillary thyroid microcarcinoma is accurate,convenient operation,and low cost,which is worthy of clinical application.
