腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术17例临床分析

目的 探讨腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的可行性及临床效果.方法 总结17例腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术的临床资料.结果 16例腹腔镜下顺利完成手术,中转开腹手术1例.术后发生不完全性肠梗阻和直肠阴道瘘各1例.术后随访最长2年无穿刺孔种植转移.结论 腹腔镜结直肠癌根治术创伤小、操作安全,患者恢复快,与开腹根治手术效果一致,值得推广应用.

Clinical apllication of laparoscopic resection in 17 patients with colorectal cancer

Objective To investigate the feasibility and clinical results under laparoseopic resection of colorectal cancer. Methods Clinical data of 17 colorectal cancer patients with laparoscopic resection from October 2009 to September 2011 were analyzed. Results There were 16 cases of successful completion of laparoscopic surgery, conversion to open surgery in 1 case. Postoperative of incomplete intestinal obstruction and rectal vaginal fistula are each 1 case. Oncology did not occur metastasis through puncture holes in postoperative follow-up up to 2 years. Conclusion Laparoscopic resection of colorectal cancer should be widely applied, and it had more advantages such as less trauma, safety, recover quickly, consistent with the effect of laparotomy.
