颅内动脉瘤的栓塞治疗

目的 探讨介入栓塞技术和应用钨弹簧圈治疗颅内动脉瘤的效果。方法 动脉瘤3例，采用Seldinger插管，用钨微弹簧圈为栓塞材料，进行动脉瘤瘤体栓塞。结果 3例动脉瘤全部闭塞，无发生栓塞并发症，随访6个月效果良好。未出现复发及再通现象。结论 应用介入栓塞技术治疗颅内动脉瘤其创伤小，见效快，安全，是惟一较好的方法。

Embolism treatment for arterial tumour in cranium

Objective To explore the result of introducing the embolism technique and using the tungsten-spring-ring to cure the arterial tumour in cranium.Methods The study involved 3 cases of arterial tumour in cranium.We used seldinger cannula and micro-spring-ring of tungsten in the embolism treatment.Results These three cases of arterial tumours were plugged up in all-round.No complication concerning the embolism treatment occurred.Followed up visits to the patients for six months showed very good result of the embolism treatment without any recurrance and re-circulation.Conclusion Embolism technique is the only effective way for curing arterial tumour in cranium,which is safe and quick at has very little side effects.
