功能治疗40例脑瘫疗效观察

目的 观察脑瘫患儿功能治疗的疗效。方法 采用按摩及感觉统合积极矫正功能治疗40例。结果 痉挛运动障碍型有8例疗效显著，占20％，混合型4例有效，占10％，而28例因疗程短而疗效不显，占70％。结论 指导性主动功能锻炼为主的感觉统合积极疗法对于脑功能的恢复具有积极重要的作用，且疗程足够是脑瘫恢复正常的关键。

Clinical study of cerebral palsy functional treatment:A report of 40 cases

Objective To observe the effect of functional treatment for children with cerebral plasy.Methods Fourty cases were treated with rectified functional treatment and sensory integrative therapy.Results In the treatment of 40 chirdren with cerebral palsy,spartic dyskinesia of cerebral palsy was cured effectively in 8 cases(20%).Mixed cerebral palsy was found in 4 cases(10%) and its symptoms were alleviated.The other 28 cases(70%) obtained little effective duo to short course of treatment.Conclusion Sensory integrative therapy guided by active functional exercise is very important for recovery of cerebral function.
