成人肱骨中下段骨折钢板内固定手术入路的探讨

目的　探讨成人肱骨中下段骨折钢板内固定两种手术入路的临床选择及适应证。方法　将 3 7例不伴桡神经损伤的成人肱骨中下段骨折分为前外侧入路组和后侧入路组 ,进行临床资料分析 ,并对手术入路的术后疗效进行随访。结果　 15例前外侧入路中有 3例出现桡神经损伤 ,2例完全恢复 ,1例部分恢复。 2种手术入路治疗的成人肱骨中下段骨折均得到临床愈合 ,随访病人的肩肘关节功能良好。结论　大多数不伴有桡神经损伤的成人肱骨中下段骨折钢板内固定术宜采用后侧入路

Surgical approaches to the distal third of the humerus in adult

Objective To study the differ en t surgical approaches to the distal third of the humerus in adult.Method s Thirty seven patients with fracture in distal third of humerus in th e last three years were included in this study.There were no radial nerve injuri es in these patients.Thirty two of these patients were followed up after opera tion.Two surgical approaches were performed in these patients.Results Three patients with anterior lateral approach accompanied radial nerve injury.All patients achieved solid bone union with this two approaches.The funct ion of the shoulders and the elbows were recovered.Conclusion T he posterior approach can be applied in most patients with fracture in distal th ird of humerus and without radial nerve injury.
