| 摘 要： | 随着临床药师需求量的不断增长及我国临床药学教育的滞后发展,亟须建立完善的临床药学本科教育体系,建立安全合理用药的人才体系。临床药学本科课程在包括药学课程基础上,也应包括临床医学基础知识的学习,同时加强医院的临床用药实践。学习临床住院医师培训制度,进行临床药师轮转实习,以使其能适应临床药师工作的实际需要。

| Abstract: | With the increasing requirement for clinical pharmacists and hysteretic development of the clinical pharmacy education in China,consummate education system of clinical pharmacy undergraduate course should be urgently reinforced and experts aiming directly at rational drugs use should be normatively trained.Clinical pharmacy undergraduate course should not only include pharmaceutical sciences but clinical medicine basic knowledge as well as clinical medicine practice in hospital.The system of residents training could be imitated by clinical pharmacy,practicing in every department to learn the clinical medicine use in order to meet the practical need of clinical pharmacists' performance. |
