| 摘 要： | 教学助理制度在美国的大学教育中起着重要的作用。借鉴这一模式,结合自身教学实际,尝试在药学专业本科有机化学教学中设置教学助理,并在实施过程中对教学助理辅助教学工作进行制度化和规范化。

| Abstract: | Teaching assistants(TA) play a major role in the educational process in the universities in the United States.The authors carries out TA program in organic chemistry course for pharmacy undergraduates in terms of the mode.The policies and procedures have been formulated to govern the teaching assistant.The authors here introduce the management of teaching assistants and its effects in improving the quality of teaching. |
