摘    要:在药物分析课程中采用"学研并进"的教学模式,理论课讲授概念的同时增加案例教学,注重概念与实验方法的学习;实验课以药物含量测定方法建立与评价为任务,通过实验方案设计、完善、实施和总结不断深化学生对基本概念的理解。

Abstract:The teaching mode of learning and study alternately was applied in Determination Methods of Medicine and Its Validation in the course of pharmaceutical analysis. Attention was paid to learn the conception and experi- mental approach with the lecture and case in theory teaching. In experimental teaching, the development and valida- tion of determination of medicine was assigned to students to help them to in-depth understand the conception by designing, completing and practicing the experimental program. This teaching mode improved the effectiveness of teaching and enhanced the students' ability of comprehensive innovation and application. Furthermore the students' professional thoughts and comprehensive quality could also be cultivated in all-around way.
