| 摘 要： | 浙江大学药学院为综合性大学的学院，近年来利用综合性大学的资源优势，以培养和造就能适应推动我国医药事业发展的高素质创新型人才为培养目标，在改革培养模式和教学内容、优化课程体系、改进教学手段、加强学生科研能力训练和实习基地建设、改进教学管理、强化师资队伍建设等方面进行了有益的探索与实践，成效显著。

| Abstract: | The School of Pharmacy at Zhejiang University is one school of comprehensive university. In recent years, it takes advantage of comprehensive university, to train creative talents with high quality, who can fit and impel the development of our national pharmaceutical projects . The shool commits itself to innovate training pattern and education content, optimize course system, improve education methods and management, create condition actively, enhance students' research ability training and construction of practicing base and strengthen the construction of teachers, in which aspects we carry out profitable explorations and practice, and the effect is obvious. |
