| 摘 要： | 为了了解药学专业技术人员对继续教育学分获得等相关知识的了解与态度，为进一步做好继续教育提供本底资料。笔者自制调查表，对药学技术人员采取无记名问卷调查，运用SPSS15．0软件录入和处理数据。结果显示该院药学人员对继续教育基本知识认知度一般，对继续教育态度总体较端正，但也存在一些误区。应加强继续教育的宣传与培训，通过多样的教学办法逐步提高药学技术人员专业素质。

| Abstract: | To investigate the recognition degree and attitude to pharmaceutical continuous education in a 3 A grade hospital,this paper provides the basement for the further work. The homemade questionnaire was set down, with which the anonymous interview was made during the pharmaceutical professionals in the hospital. The data were input and analyzed by software SPSS 15.0. 79 questionnaires were given out,and the recovery was 84.8%. The recognition degree of the pharmaceutical professionals was not high totally, and there were some mistaken ideas. It is urgent to provide more training courses for healthcare professionals so as to improve the pharmaceutical knowledge by the different teaching methods. |
