纳豆激酶活性测定方法的研究

摘    要:从专属性、灵敏度及实际操作的可行性等几个方面,对TAME法和纤维蛋白平板法进行了比较研究.结果:TAME法灵敏度高,操作简便,适合作为常规的分析检测手段,而平板法虽专属性高,却操作繁琐,适宜于定性分析.结论:利用TAME法与平板法各自的优点,将两者结合起来作为纳豆激酶的活性检测方法,可达到高效灵敏、专属性强的目的.

Abstract:To seek a convenient and sensitive method to detect the activity of nattokinase, the TAME and fibrin plate method are compared, and the two methods are compared according to the specificity, sensitivity and feasibility. The experiment showed that the TAME method is sensitive and convenient enough for routine detection, and the fibrin plate method is suitable for qualitative analysis. Combining of TAME and fibrin plate method, the activity of nattokinase can be detected sensitively and selectively.
