毛脉酸模内生真菌RGT-S11菌丝体化学成分研究

摘    要:研究毛脉酸模(Rumex gmelini Turcz.)内生真菌RGT-S11菌丝中的化学成分。运用溶剂萃取、硅胶柱色谱、ODS反相柱色谱、Sephadex LH-20柱色谱、制备液相等方法进行分离纯化,根据理化性质、NMR数据鉴定化合物的结构。结果:分离得到7个单体化合物:苯甲酸(Ⅰ),棕榈酸(Ⅱ),麦角甾-5,7,22-三烯-3β-醇(Ⅲ),油酸(Ⅳ),腺苷(Ⅴ),鸟苷(Ⅵ),没食子酸(Ⅶ)。以上化合物均为首次从内生真菌RGT-S11菌丝中分离得到。

Studies on Chemical Constituents of RGT-S11 Mycelium from Rumex gmelini Turcz

Abstract:To study the chemical constituents of RGT-S11 mycelium from Rumex gmelini Turcz,various techniques,including silica gel column chromatography,ODS reversed phase chromatography column,Sephadex LH-20 chromatography column,preparative HPLC and method of recrystallization were applied to the separation of RGT-S11 mycelium.Seven compounds were isolated and identified as benzoic acid(Ⅰ),palmitic acid(Ⅱ),ergosta-5,7,22-trien-3β-ol(Ⅲ),oleinic acid(Ⅳ),adenosine(Ⅴ),guanosine(Ⅵ),gallic acid(Ⅶ) by 1H-NMR,13C-NMR,HMBC,HSQC,modern spectroscopy methods and so on.Compounds Ⅰ~Ⅵ were isolated from RGT-S11 mycelium for the first time.The further study on the isolation and structure identification of chemical constituents from the RGT-S4 can provide references for the pharmacodynamics research.
