| 摘 要： | 炎症反应的持续发生在癌症的引发、促进、恶性转化、侵袭和转移等过程起到重要的作用。另外抗炎疗法在癌症的预防及治疗中显现出一定的疗效,也可以反映出炎症发生与癌变之间存在着病原学关系。不仅如此,炎症与免疫监督系统和给药治疗后体内反应之间也可以相互影响。文章重点关注慢性炎症、肿瘤微环境和癌症发生发展之间的相互联系,阐述了炎症对肿瘤的发生发展的促进作用以及在肿瘤发生发展过程中调控炎症反应的主要机制。
