| 摘 要： | 目的：比较预防性使用单剂或４剂头孢曲松对肺、食管外科手术的预防感染效益。方法：前瞻性随机对照研究，３０３例病人随机分配到单剂组（ｎ＝１５１）或４剂组（ｎ＝１５２），结果：单剂组和４剂组术后感染率分别为５．３％和７．２％（Ｐ〉０．０５）；两组住院住院时间也无显著性差异。结论：单剂Ｃｅｆ是肺，食管手术经济，有效的预防性方案。 |

| Abstract: | AIM: To compare the efficacy of 1-4 doses of ceftriaxone as prophylaxis in pulmonary and esophageal surgery, and to assess the value of one dose ceftriaxone regimen. METHODS: A prospective randomized control clinical trial. RESULTS: There was no significant difference ( P >0 05) in the overall incidence of major infections: 8 of 151 patients (5 3%) in one dose group and 11 of 152 patients (7 2%) in four doses group. Duration of stay in hospital was also comparable. CONCLUSION: One dose antibio tic regimen represents optimal, cost efficient prophylaxis for patients undergoing pulmonary or esophageal surgery. |
