| 摘 要： | 目的探讨基层医院入住综合ICU小儿的心理特点，并实施护理干预。方法总结和分析456例入住综合ICU小儿患者的心理特点。结果入住综合ICU的患儿主要存在分离性焦虑，控制感丧失，身体疾病及疼痛所致的恐惧，害怕死去，依恋性增强等不同程度的心理障碍对其实施护理后，432例病情好转，10例死亡，14例放弃治疗。结论根据患儿不同心理障碍的特点，在进行病情评估及常规护理的基础上，进行规范、细致、有针对性的护理干预，能改变患儿的不良心理行为，从而提高治疗效果，缩短患儿出室的时间。

| Abstract: | Objective Discuss the psychological characteristics of inpatient children’s comprehensive ICU of the primary hospitals and carry out the nursing interference．Methods Summarize and analyze the psychological characteristics of 456 cases of comprehensive ICU inpatient children．Results inpatient comprehensive ICU children mainly suffer from the psychological impediment of separation anxiety，control sense loss，body sickness and pain,etc．Conclusions According to the different mental block characteristics of inpatient children，based on sickness status evaluation and regular nursing，the standard careful and directive nursing interference can lead to the change of the inpatient children’S bad psychological behavior so as to increase the curative effect and shorten the time for the inpatient children to stay inside the sickroom． |
