沙盘游戏疗法对抑郁焦虑共病患者生存质量的影响

目的 探讨沙盘游戏疗法对抑郁焦虑共病患者社会功能和生活满意度的影响.方法 将60例抑郁焦虑共病患者随机分为干预组和对照组,每组30例,对照组在常规药物治疗的同时给予精神科基础护理,干预组在此基础上实施沙盘游戏治疗.采用社会功能缺陷筛查量表(SDSS)评定患者的社会功能,生活满意度量表(SWLS)评定患者的生活质量.比较两组患者沙盘游戏治疗前、治疗后4周末、8周末和12周末各量表评分.结果 实施沙盘游戏治疗后干预组患者的SDSS评分为(8.78±3.58)、SWLS评分为(13.46±2.01),均显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P＜0.01).结论 沙盘游戏治疗在提高抑郁焦虑共病患者生活满意度、恢复患者受损的社会功能、促进患者回归社会等方面起到了单纯药物治疗无法达到的效果,有一定应用价值.

The effect of sandplay therapy on the quality of life of patients with comorbidity of depression and anxiety

Objective To explore the effect of sandplay therapy on social function and the quality of life of patients with comorbidity of depression and anxiety.Methods 60 patients with comorbidity of depression and anxiety were randomly divided into intervention group and control group with 30 cases in each group.Control group received conventional drug treatment and basic psychiatric nursing care,and intervention group was given sandplay therapy additionally.Social Disability Screening Schedule (SDSS) was used to evaluate the social function,Satisfaction with Life Scale (SWLS) was used to evaluate the quality of life.SDSS and SWLS were used to survey all patients before and at the 4th,8th,and 12th week after treatment.Results At the end of 12th week after sandplay therapy,the score of SDSS,SWLS in intervention group were (8.78±3.58),(13.46±2.01),which were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.01).Conclusions Sandplay therapy plays a important role in improving life satisfaction of patients with comorbidity of depression and anxiety,restoring impaired social function,promoting the patients to return to the society,which can not be achieved by simple drug treatment,with certain application value.
