食管癌患者综合治疗期间并发心律失常的临床分析

目的探讨食管癌患者综合治疗期间并发心律失常的特点及原因。方法回顾性分析中山大学肿瘤防治中心2007年1月-2010年12月收治的在综合治疗期间并发心律失常的300例食管癌患者的临床资料。结果心律失常检出率依次为：窦性心动过缓103例（34．33％），窦性心动过速52例（17．33％），右束支传导阻滞32例（10．66％），房性早搏28例（9．33％），心房纤颤18例（6．00％），左前分支阻滞18例（6．00％），室性早搏17例（5．66％），房性心动过速13例（4．33％），房室传导阻滞13例（4．33％），室性并行心律3例（1．00％）等。结论食管癌患者综合治疗期间并发心律失常中非室性心律失常为常见，尤以窦性心律失常最为常见，这可能与手术、化疗及放疗等因素有关。

Occurrence of arrhythmia in patients with esophageal cancer during combined treatment

Objective To explore the characteristics and causes of arrhythmia in patients with esophageal cancer during combined treatment.Methods The clinical data on 300 patients with esophageal cancer who had been hospitalized at Sun Yat-sen University Cancer Center from Jan 2007 to Dec 2010 and had developed arrhythmia during combined treatment were retrospectively analyzed.Results Sinus bradycardia occurred in 103 patients ( 34.33％ ),sinus tachycardia in 52 ( 17.33％ ),right bundle branch block in 32 ( 10.66％ ),premature beats in 28 ( 9.33％ ),atrial fibrillation in 18 ( 6.00％ ),left anterior division block in 18 ( 6.00％ ),ventricular premature beats in 17 ( 5.66％ ),atrial tachycardia in 13 ( 4.33％ ),atrioventricular block in 13 ( 4.33％ ),and ventricular parasystole in 3 ( 1.00％ ).Conclusions Non-ventricular arrhythmia was the common arrhythmia,of which sinus arrhythmias were the most common.The occurrence of arrhythmia in esophageal cancer patients during combined treatment may be associated with operation,chemotherapy and radiotherapy.
