| 摘 要： | 目的探讨插入式输尿管膀胱吻合术的临床应用。方法回顾性分析58例插入式方法输尿管膀胱吻合术临床资料。结果本组58例患者均顺利完成手术。术后随访2年,所有病例未发现尿漏和膀胱输尿管吻合段狭窄梗阻,2例膀胱造影发现有轻度反流,但未见肾功能损害。结论插入式输尿管吻合方法,具有手术操作简单、狭窄率低、有一定的抗反流作用等优点,是一种较理想的输尿管膀胱吻合术式。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the clinical application of the snap-on ureterocystostomy.Methods To analyze the clinincal data of the snap-on ureterocystostomy in 58 patients retrospectively.Results 58 patients were completed the operation successfully.There was no complication except two cases with urine backflow slightly.but it didn't cause the damage of the renal funetion.Conclusions the snap-on ureteroeystostomy has some good points that it can simplify the ureter reimplantation,with antireflux,and lower rate of stenosis,were the ideal methods for ureteral implantation in ureteral replantion. |
