皮耐克与自体头部刃厚皮复合修复大面积软组织缺损12例效果观察

目的 探索严重创伤伴大面积软组织缺损伤的手术治疗方式.方法 回顾性分析2007年12月-2009年8月12例大面积软组织缺损的治疗方式,Ⅰ期清创手术,行人工真皮（皮耐克）移植术,2周后Ⅱ期手术：去除皮耐克硅胶膜行自身刃厚皮移植.结果 12例大面积软组织缺损创面愈合,皮片移植存活,创面外观满意,供皮区疤痕增生轻.结论 皮耐克与自体刃厚皮复合修复大面积软组织缺损具有较好的临床应用价值,值得借鉴推广.

Clinical observation of 12 trauma patients with large area of skin and soft tissue defect repaired by the compound grafting of Pelnac with blade-thick scalp autoskin

Objective To explore the new therapeutic strategy of repairing large area of skin and soft tissue defect accompanied with severe trauma and/or major burn or other injuries. Methods Twelve trauma patients with large area of skin and soft tissue defect who were admitted to our hospital during December of 2007 to August of 2009 were enrolled in this trial for retrospective study. The style of management was evaluated in these patients. Artificial dermal (Pelnac) was grafted onto the wound granulation tissue after the primary debridement. The scalp autoskin (blade-thick) was grafted onto the surface of the Pelnac after the removing of its silicon membrane during the secondary operation. Results The wound healed completely with the survival of skin grafting and satisfactory appearance in all 12 patients.Furthermore, the scar in the donor site exhibited unconspicuous. Conclusion It' s an optimal choice to repair large skin and soft tissue defect with Pelnac and scalp autoskin(blade-thick).
