非结核分枝杆菌培养阳性37例随访观察

目的 观察非结核分枝杆菌（nontuberculous mycobacteria,NTM）培养阳性病例的预后.方法 对收治的NTM培养阳性病例37例,经治疗半年后再进行一年及以上的随访观察,对比前后NTM培养、临床症状改善、肺部病灶吸收等情况.结果 37例病例经半年治疗后,NTM培养仍阳性18例,32例临床症状有改善或消失,15例肺部病灶有吸收,但在一年及以后的随访中,NTM培养阳性病例有27例,有15例病例临床症状反复出现并加重,前后阶段比较差异有统计学意义（X^2=4.593、6.852,P=0.032、0.009）.结论 NTM培养阳性病例近期治疗效果尚可,但预后较差.

Follow-up observation on 37 cultivate positive cases with nontuberculous mycobacteria

Objective To observe the prognosis of cultivate positive cases with nontuberculous mycobacteria （NTM）.Methods 37 cultivate positive cases with NTM were treated for six months,and given over one-year-long follow-up observation,then we compared the NTM culture,improved clinical symptoms and absorption of pulmonary focus before and after follow-up study.Results Among 37 cases,there were 18 positive cases after treatment for six months,clinical symptoms disappeared or improved in 32 cases,15 cases of pulmonary focus absorption,but after one year or longer follow-up observation,there were 27 positive cases,and 32 cases with clinical symptoms recurrent and aggravated,the difference was statistically significant （the X^2 values were 4.593 and 6.852,the P values were 0.032 and 0.009）.Conclusion The recent term treatment of NTM culture positive is acceptable,but the prognosis is poor.
