| Abstract: | Objective To investigate and analyze the use density of antibiotics of in-patients in the hospital in 2010. Methods taking defined daily dose（ DDD ） as the unit, the antibiotics use density （ AUD ） were calculated by the value of DDD per 100 days person. Results The mean value of AUD was 105.9. The second generation cephalospotins, the first generation cephalosporins and Aminoglycosides were the top 3 places in turn. The median value of AUD was 108 in all clinieal departments. Anorectal, Department of respiratory medicine and Digestive medicine ranked top three. Conclusions There may exist such problems as overmedication and dense medication in antibiotics usage in the hospital. It is necessary to strengthen the guidance. |
