Abstract:Objective The way to discuss that alcohol in vivo or in vitro has effects on the level of sero- enzyme. Methods To test the levels of ALP, LDH, ALT, AST, GGT, CK, AMY in blood after healthy volunteers intake 200ml of distillate spirit in Master single test. And tests will be made in five phrases. The first phrase is just before drinking alcohol, and the rest four phrases are after drinking alcohol. They' re half an hour later, one hour later, two hours later, and three hours later. At the same time, to test the levels of seven enzymes after adding small volume of alcohol in blood in vitro, which is aimed to observe that whether or not alcohol has effects on enzymes. Results After health volunteers drank the distillate spirit, alcohol in vivo could change the AST in blood serum from high to low and other enzymes all rose in different levels. But only that the level of AMY stepped up had significant meaning. Besides, alcohol in vitro repressed the sero-enzymes in certain degree. Conclusion Alcohol in vivo could make the levels of some enzymes rose, but it also had direct repression to all the enzymes. In this sense, that to avoid the alcohol pollution to blood-serum which will be tested is necessary in usual sero-enzyme examination.
Keywords:Alcohol Sero-enzyme
