后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病15例体会

目的探讨后腹腔镜在治疗肾上腺疾病中的应用。方法对2004年4月-2009年6月开展的15例后腹腔镜肾上腺手术进行回顾分析。15例中5例为皮质醇腺瘤，9例为醛固酮腺瘤，1例为嗜铬细胞瘤。结果15例手术均获成功。手术时间60～190min，平均120min；失血量30～200ml，平均75ml，术中及术后均未输血。术后住院时间6～9天，平均7天，术中出现腹膜破裂2例，术后出现皮下气肿2例。结论后腹腔镜手术治疗肾上腺疾病具有对组织损伤小、出血少、术后恢复快、并发症少等优点，已成为治疗肾上腺疾病的首选治疗方法。

After laparoscopic surgery for adrenal disease, 15 cases of Experience

Objective To investigate the post-laparoscopy in the treatment of adrenal disease applications.Methods Section in April 2004-June2009 carried of laparoscopic adrenal surgery were analyzed retrosprcromocytoma..Results 15 cases of operation were successful.Operative time was 60～190min,an average of 120min; blood loss was 30～200ml,an average of 75ml ,intraoperative and plstoperative peritoneal rupture occurred in 2 Cases ,postopertive subcutaneous emphysema occurred in 2 cases.Conclusion Retropritoneal laparoscopic surgery for adrenal diseade, with the right tissue damage is small,less bleeding,rapid postoperative recovery and fewer complications,etc.,have become the treatment of choice for treatment of adrenal disease.
