脉搏血氧饱和度检测联合体格检查在新生儿先天性心脏病诊断中的价值

目的 探究脉搏血氧饱和度检测联合体格检查在新生儿先天性心脏病(CHD)诊断中的价值.方法 对近年我院新生儿病房收治的724例新生患儿采用脉搏血氧饱和度检测(POX)联合体格检查进行筛查,并经心脏B超明确诊断,观察筛查结果及检测方法的的敏感度和特异性.结果 724例新生患儿中检出55例CHD者,其中单纯POX、单纯体格检查和POX联合体格检查的敏感度分别为16.4％、89.1％、96.4％,特异性分别为99.7％、95.7％、95.2％.结论 POX联合体格检查CHD的敏感度和特异性均较高,可有效检出CHD,减少误诊,从而有助于提高CHD筛查质量.

Clinical value of pulse blood oxygen saturation detection combined with physical examination in the diagnosis of neonatal congenital heart disease

Objective To explore the clinical value of pulse blood oxygen saturation detection combined with physical examination in the diagnosis of neonatal congenital heart disease (CHD).Methods 724 cases of newborn children with the detection of pulse oxygen saturation (POX) combined with physical examination in our NICU were screened,and clarified the diagnosis with cardiac ultrasound,observed the screening results and the sensitivity and specificity of measuring methods.Results 55 cases of CHD were detected in 724 cases of newborn children,the sensitivity and specificity of POX,physical examination,and POX combined with physical examination were 16.4％,89.1％,96.4％,and 99.7％,95.7％,95.2％ respectively.Conclusion The sensitivity and specificity of POX combined with physical examination were high,which could effectively detect CHD,reduce misdiagnosis,and thus helped to improve the quality of CHD screening.
