重度妊高征产妇产后护理的临床效果探讨

目的 探讨重度妊高征患者的产后护理效果,并分析护理干预对患者的负性情绪影响.方法 选取82例重度妊高征患者为研究对象,随机分成观察组和对照组两组,每组各41例,对照组采取常规护理,观察组采取综合护理,对比两组患者的临床护理效果.结果 护理干预后各组血压水平较护理前显著下降(P＜0.05),观察组患者血压水平显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)、爱丁堡产后抑郁测量量表(EPDS)评分显著低于对照组(P＜0.05),子痫、产后出血、急性心力衰竭、产后急性肾衰竭等并发症总发生率低于对照组(P＜0.05).结论 对重度妊高征患者的产后采取综合性护理,可有效降低血压、降低子项等并发症发生率,改善患者心理负性情绪,预防产后抑郁发生,可推广应用.

Clinical effect of postpartum nursing on severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome

Objective To explore the effect of postpartum nursing care on patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension (PIH),and analyze the effect of nursing intervention on the negative emotion of patients.Methods 82 cases of severe PIH were selected as the research object,and randomly divided into observation group and control group,41 cases in each group.Control group took routine nursing care,while observation group took comprehensive nursing care.Compared clinical nursing effect of two groups.Results After nursing intervention,blood pressure in both two groups significantly decreased (P＜0.05),blood pressure in observation group was significantly lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).The score of SDS (self rating depression scale),SAS (self rating anxiety scale),and EPDS (Edinburgh postpartum depression measuring scale) in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05);the incidence of complications including eclampsia,postpartum hemorrhage,acute heart failure,postpartum acute renal failure in observation group was lower than that in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusions Postpartum comprehensive nursing care for patients with severe pregnancy induced hypertension syndrome can effectively reduce blood pressure,the incidence of complications,improve patients' psychological negative emotion,prevent postpartum depression,worthy of popularization and application.
