摘    要:目的 探究对比口腔种植术中翻瓣与不翻瓣技术的临床效果.方法 选取2014年1月至2015年1月于本院进行口腔种植治疗的患者100例为研究对象,采用数字表法随机分为观察组和对照组,各50例.对照组采用常规翻瓣技术进行口腔种植,观察组则采用微创不翻瓣技术.对比两组手术时间、术后消肿时间、抗生素以及激素使用时间,并采用调查问卷了解两组口腔种植满意度.结果 观察组手术时间、术后消肿时间、抗生素以及激素使用时间均显著短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组总体满意度为98.0%,显著高于对照组的82.0% (P<0.05).结论 在口腔种植术中应用微创不翻瓣技术能够缩短手术时间,加快患者术后恢复,控制抗生素及激素使用,提高了患者的满意度,值得在临床上推广和应用.

Flap versus non-flap in dental implantation
Abstract:Objective To explore the clinical effect of flap versus non-flap in dental implantation.Methods 100 patients undergoing dental implantation at our hospital from January,2014 to January,2015 were selected as study objects and were randomly divided into an observation group and a control group using digital table,50 cases for each group.The control group took dental implantation with conventional flap technique and the observation group with non-flap technique.The operation time,postoperative swelling-disappearing time,times for using antibiotics or steroids were compared between these two groups.Questionnaire survey was used to understand the patients' satisfaction degree of dental implantation in both groups.Results The operation time,postoperative swelling-disappearing time,times for using antibiotics or steroids were significantly shorter in the observation group than in the control group,with statistical differences (P < 0.05).The overall satisfaction degree was 98.0% in the observation group and was 82.0% in the control group (P < 0.05).Conclusion The application of minimally invasive non-flap technique in dental implantation can shorten operation time,speed up the patients' recovery,control the use of antibiotics and hormones,and increase the patients' satisfaction degree.It is worth being clinically generalized.
