艾拉光动力治疗对尖锐湿疣患者细胞免疫功能的调控研究

目的 观察光动力治疗尖锐湿疣的疗效及对细胞免疫功能的影响.方法 将84例尖锐湿疣患者随机分为两组,实验组采用激光联合艾拉光动力治疗,1次/周,连续4次,治疗结束观察疗效3个月.对照组单纯激光治疗.治疗前和治疗后1个月采用双抗体夹心ELISA方法对两组患者血清进行细胞因子水平定量检测.结果 实验组复发率26.2％,对照组复发率54.8％,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).实验组治疗后血清IL-12和IFN-γ水平升高,IL-4和IL-10水平下降,治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).对照组治疗前后各细胞因子水平差异无统计学意义(P＞0.05),两组间治疗后各细胞因子水平比较差异有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 光动力通过上调尖锐湿疣复发患者外周血Th1/Th2细胞因子的比值增强机体细胞免疫应答,从而发挥抗病毒作用和防止复发的免疫调节作用.

Study on the regulation of celluar immune function in patients with condyloma acuminatum by photodynamic therapy with ALA

Objective To observe the effect ofphotodynamic therapy on condyloma acuminatum and its effect on cellular immune function.Methods 84 cases of condyloma acuminatum were randomly divided into two groups.Experimental group was treated with laser combined with ALA photodynamic therapy,1 time every week,4 times in a row,and the curative effect was observed for 3 months.Control group was treated with laser therapy alone.Serum cellular factors of two groups were detected by double antibody sandwich ELISA method before and 1 month after treatment.Results The recurrence rate of experimental group was 26.2％,the recurrence rate of control group was 54.8％,with statistically significant difference between two groups (P＜0.05).In experimental group,the levels of serum IL-12 and IFN-γ increased after treatment,the levels of IL-4 and IL-10 decreased,with statistically significant differences before and after treatment (P＜0.05).There were no statistically significant differences in cytokine levels before and after treatment in control group (P＞0.05).There were statistically significant differences in cytokine levels between two groups after treatment (P＜0.05).Conclusions The ratio of Thl/Th2 cytokines in peripheral blood of patients with recurrent condyloma acuminatum can enhance the immune response of the body,which plays a role in anti viral function and preventing relapse.
