氨茶碱辅助糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者气道炎症的改善作用研究

目的 探讨氨茶碱辅助糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者气道炎症的改善作用.方法 选取2014年2月至2015年3月我院呼吸内科收治的60例支气管哮喘患者为研究对象,采用抽签随机法均分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予糖皮质激素治疗,观察组在对照组基础上联合氨茶碱辅助治疗.观察治疗后两组临床疗效及气道炎症指标白细胞介素-5(IL-5)、白细胞介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)].结果 治疗后观察组总有效率较对照组显著高(86.67％ vs.63.33％;P＜0.05).两组治疗后IL-5、IL-10、TNF-α分别均较治疗前显著降低,且观察组IL-5(9.82±3.82) pg/ml]、IL-10(9.60±3.98) pg/ml]、TNF-α(9.85±3.01) pg/ml]分别均较对照组显著降低,差异均有统计学意义(P＜0.05).结论 氨茶碱辅助糖皮质激素对支气管哮喘患者临床疗效显著,对患者气道炎症的改善作用显著,值得临床推广应用.

Study on aminophylline assisted glucocorticoid in relieving airway inflammation in patients with bronchial asthma

Objective To investigate the effect of aminophylline assisted glucocorticoid in relieving airway inflammation in patients with bronchial asthma.Methods 60 patients with bronchial asthma admitted in respiratory department of our hospital from February 2014 to March 2015 were selected and randomly divided into observation group and control group.Control group was treated with glucocorticoid,and observation group was treated with aminophylline on the basis.The clinical curative effect in two groups after treatment was observed,and airway inflammatory markers interleukin-5 (IL-5),interleukin-10 (IL-10),tumor necrosis factor (TNF-α)] were compared between two groups.Results After treatment,the total effective rate in observation group (86.67％) was significantly higher than that in control group (63.33％) (P＜0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-5,IL-10 and TNF-α in two groups were significantly lower than those before treatment.Besides,the levels ofIL-5 (9.82±3.82) pg/ml],IL-10 (9.60±3.98) pg/ml],and TNF-α (9.85±3.01) pg/ml] in observation group were significantly lower than those in control group (P＜0.05).Conclusion The clinical curative effect of aminophylline assisted glucocorticoid in patients with bronchial asthma is significant,which can significantly relieve airway inflammation in patients,worthy of clinical promotion and application.
