PPI三联疗法结合中药治疗幽门螺杆菌性溃疡效果评价

目的 评价临床采用PPI三联疗法结合中药治疗幽门螺杆菌(Hp)性溃疡的效果.方法 选取2013年10月至2015年10月我院收治的Hp阳性溃疡患者106例,随机分为对照组和观察组各53例,所有患者均采用PPI三联疗法进行治疗,观察组在此基础上加服中药溃疡宁片.比较两组患者的治疗效果、Hp的抑制和清除效率以及治疗过程中出现的不良反应情况.结果 观察组治疗总有效率、Hp抑杀率均显著高于对照组(94.34％ vs.77.36％,84.91％ vs.64.15％;P＜0.05).观察组胃镜溃疡疗效总有效率显著高于对照组(92.45％ vs.73.59％,P＜0.05).两组患者治疗不良反应发生率比较,观察组明显低于对照组(11.32％ vs.30.19％,P＜0.05).结论 临床采用PPI三联疗法联合中药治疗Hp阳性溃疡患者,能够显著提高治疗效果和Hp抑杀率,降低不良反应发生率,是一种安全高效的Hp阳性溃疡治疗方法.

Effect evaluation of PPI triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori

Objective To evaluate the effect of PPI triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of peptic ulcer caused by helicobacter pylori (Hp).Methods 106 patients with Hp-relative peptic ulcer in our hospital from October 2013 to October 2015 were divided into control group and observation group,53 cases in each group.All patients were treated with PPI ~iple therapy,and observation group was given Kuiyangning tablets on the basis of PPI triple therapy.The therapeutic effect,Hp inhibition rate and adverse reactions were compared between two groups.Results The total effective rate,Hp inhibition rate of observation group were significantly higher than those of control group (94.34％ vs.77.36％,84.91％ vs.64.15％;P＜0.05).The therapeutic effect of endoscopic ulcer of observation group was significantly higher than that of control group (92.45％ vs.73.59％,P＜0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions of observation group was significantly lower that of control group (11.32％ vs.30.19％,P＜0.05).Conclusion PPI triple therapy combined with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of Hp-relative peptic ulcer can significantly improve therapeutic effect and Hp inhibition rate,reduce adverse reactions,which is a safe and high-efficiency treatment method for Hp positive ulcers.
