利巴韦林加维生素C雾化治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床观察

目的 探讨利巴韦林加维生素C联合雾化吸入治疗疱疹性咽峡炎的临床效果.方法 选取在我院治疗的256例小儿疱疹性咽峡炎,随机分为治疗组和对照组,两组均予清热解毒的中成药及降温等对症支持治疗,合并感染者适当加用抗生素,治疗组予利巴韦林加维生素C雾化,对照组单纯予利巴韦林雾化,动态观察临床效果,统一评价疗效.结果 治疗组与对照组患儿退热时间（1.58±0.67）d vs.（2.95±0.96）d]、疱疹周围粘膜充血消退时间（1.63±0.8）d vs.（2.17±0.8）d]、流涎或痛感消失时间（0.92±0.6）d vs.（1.49±0.8）d]、疱疹灶愈合时间（2.43±0.9）d vs.（2.93±1.2）d]及治疗有效率（95.3％ vs.76.5％）相比较均有统计学差异（P＜0.05）.结论 维生素C联合利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗小儿疱疹性咽峡炎疗效优于单纯利巴韦林雾化吸入治疗,值得应用.

Clinical observation on ribavirin plus vitamin c in treatment for atomization

Objective To study the effective treatment by atomization combined with ribavirin and vitamin C for herpangina,and dynamically observe the clinical results.Methods Two hundred and fiftysix cases of herpangina in children treated in our hospital were randomly divided two groups,the treatment group and the control group.Both of the groups were applied to the heat-clearing and detoxifying Chinese patent medicine,and at the same time,the antibiotics would be used properly to the co-infection.However,the treatment group applied atomization of the combination of ribavirin and vitamin C,and the control group only atomized ribavirin.Then we dynamically observed the clinical symptoms,and studied the evaluation.Results The fever clearance time in the treatment group and the control group were （1.58 ± 0.67） d and （2.95 ± 0.96） d,herpes mucosal congestion subsided time were （1.63 ± 0.8） d and （2.17 ± 0.8） d,salivation or pain disappearance time were （0.92 ± 0.6） d and （1.49 ± 0.8） d,herpes lesion healing time were （2.43 ± 0.9） d and （2.93 ± 1.2） d and efficiency were 95.3％ and 76.5％,showing statistical significant difference（P ＜ 0.05）.Conclusion Atomization application with the combination of ribavirin and vitamin C in the treatment for herpangina in children is superior to simple application of atomization of ribavirin,it should be applied widely.
