止血镇痛胶囊对子宫内膜增生症大鼠子宫的影响

目的研究止血镇痛胶囊对子宫内膜增生症大鼠的子宫内膜厚度和子宫组织形态学的影响。方法 SD雌性大鼠去势后,隔天肌肉注射0.1 mg/mL苯甲酸雌二醇1.5 mL/kg,连续14次,制备子宫内膜增生症模型,观察子宫内膜增生症大鼠ig止血镇痛胶囊131.3、262.5、525.0 mg/kg 7 d后对体质量、子宫系数、子宫内膜厚度及子宫组织形态学的变化影响。结果止血镇痛胶囊可减少大鼠子宫内膜厚度,减轻子宫组织的水肿程度,对子宫内膜上皮细胞、膜腺管周围组织变性和坏死、子宫内膜腺体减少、子宫肌层纤维组织增生均未有明显的影响。结论止血镇痛胶囊通过减轻子宫内膜增生症大鼠子宫内膜水肿程度,从而使子宫内膜厚度变薄,起到抑制子宫内膜增生的作用。

Effect of Zhixue Zhentong Capsules on uterus of rats with endometrial hyperplasia

Objective To study the effects of Zhixue Zhentong Capsules on endometrial thickness and uterine histomorphology in rats with endometrial hyperplasia. Methods After ovariectomy, SD female rats were injected with 0.1 mg/mL estradiol benzoate 1.5 mL/kg every other day for 14 consecutive times. The model of endometrial hyperplasia was established. SD female rats were ig administered with Zhixue Zhentong Capsule 131.3, 262.5, and 525.0 mg/kg for 7 d. The changes of body weight, uterine coefficient, endometrial thickness and uterine histomorphology in rats with endometrial hyperplasia were observed under digital camera microscope. Results Zhixue Zhentong Capsule could reduce the thickness of endometrium and the degree of edema of uterine tissue in rats. It had no obvious effect on the degeneration and necrosis of endometrial epithelial cells, periglandular tissue, endometrial gland reduction and fibrous tissue proliferation of uterine myometrium. Conclusion Zhixue Zhentong Capsules can reduce the degree of endometrial edema, thus thinning the thickness of endometrium, and ultimately inhibit endometrial hyperplasia.
