2014—2018年孝感市中心医院中枢神经营养药物用药情况分析

摘    要:目的 了解孝感市中心医院中枢神经营养药物的使用情况和变化趋势,为促使临床合理用药提供参考。方法 通过医院信息系统(HIS)提取2014—2018年孝感市中心医院中枢神经营养药物销售金额、使用频度(DDDs)、日均费用(DDC)及排序比(B/A)等进行统计和分析。结果 2014—2018年,共有8类16种中枢神经营养药物供临床使用,其销售金额及构成比呈下降趋势。用药金额排前3位的科室分别是神经外科、新生儿科、神经内科。销售金额排前3位的药物分别是小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液、注射用脑蛋白水解物和单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂注射液,复方脑肽节苷脂注射液、小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液、奥拉西坦注射液的销售金额呈上升趋势。DDDs排前4位的分别是注射用脑蛋白水解物、小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液、肌氨肽苷注射液和注射用盐酸赖氨酸。复方脑肽节苷脂注射液、小牛血清去蛋白提取物注射液和奥拉西坦注射液的DDDs值呈上升趋势。DDC值排前4位的分别是复方脑肽节苷脂注射液、注射用鼠神经生长因子、脑苷肌肽注射液和单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂注射液。大多数药品的B/A值介于0.5~1.5,单唾液酸四己糖神经节苷脂注射液、复方脑肽节苷脂注射液、注射用鼠神经生长因子和脑苷肌肽注射液的B/A值<0.5。结论 孝感市中心医院中枢神经营养药物过度使用得到有效遏制,但仍存在一些不合理用药的情况,需持续改进。

Abstract:Objective To analyze the utilization and tendency of nerve nutritional agents in Xiaogan Center Hospital, and in order to provide reference and management for clinical rational use of drugs. Methods The relevant data of utilization of nerve nutritional agents in Xiaogan Center Hospital from 2014 to 2018 was selected from hospital information systems (HIS), and drug varieties, sales amount, defined daily doses (DDDs), defined daily cost (DDC), and sorting ratio (B/A) were analyzed statistically. Results From 2014 to 2018, there were 8 types and 16 kinds nerve nutritional agents for clinical use, and the sales amount of nerve nutritional agents and its composition ratio of total sales of drugs all showed an decreasing trend. The top three departments for the amount of nerve nutritional agents were neurosurgery, neonatology and neurology departments. The top three nerve nutritional agents in terms of sales amount were Deproteinized Calf Blood Extractives Injection, Cerebroprotein Hydrolysate for injection, and Monosialotetrahexose Ganglioside Injection, but the sales amount of Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Injection, Calf Serum Deproteinized Extract Injection, and Oxiracetam Injection were increased. The top four of DDDs respectively were Brain Protein Hydrolysate for injection, Calf Serum Deproteinized Extract Injection, Sarcosin Injection, and Lysine Hydrochloride for injection, but DDDs of Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Injection, Calf Serum Deproteinized Extract Injection, and Oxiracetam Injection were increased. The top four of DDC respectively were Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Injection, Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for injection, Cerebroside Carnosine Injection, and Monosialotetrahexose Ganglioside Injection. Most drugs have the B/A value of 0.5-1.5, but B/A of Monosialotetrahexose Ganglioside Injection, Compound Brain Peptide Ganglioside Injection, Mouse Nerve Growth Factor for injection, and Cerebrosidein Injection less than 0.5. Conclusion Nerve nutritional agents of excessive use in Xiaogan Central Hospital is effectively curbed, but there are also some irrational drug use situations, which need continuous improvement.
