鱼腥草滴眼液联合妥布霉素滴眼液治疗儿童急性细菌性结膜炎的临床研究

目的探讨鱼腥草滴眼液联合妥布霉素滴眼液治疗儿童急性细菌性结膜炎的临床效果。方法选取2016年3月—2018年6月重庆北碚爱尔眼科医院收治的急性细菌性结膜炎患儿126例,随机分成对照组(63例)和治疗组(63例)。对照组眼睑内滴入妥布霉素滴眼液,1滴/次,6次/d。治疗组在对照组基础上眼睑内滴入鱼腥草滴眼液,1滴/次,6次/d。两组均治疗7d后。观察两组患者临床疗效,同时比较治疗前后两组患者眼部症状评分及血浆C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)水平。结果治疗后,对照组临床有效率为84.1%,显著低于治疗组的95.2%,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组眼部症状评分及总分均显著降低(P0.05),且治疗组这些眼部症状评分明显低于对照组(P0.05)。治疗后,两组患儿血浆CRP、IL-6浓度显著降低(P0.05),且治疗组患儿血浆CRP和IL-6水平明显低于对照组(P0.05)。结论鱼腥草滴眼液联合妥布霉素滴眼液治疗儿童急性细菌性结膜炎,可明显改善患儿症状,抑制炎症反应,减轻机体炎性损伤。

Clinical study on Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Tobramycin Eye Drops in treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis in children

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Tobramycin Eye Drops in treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis in children. Methods Children (126 cases) with acute bacterial conjunctivitis in Chongqing Aier General Hospital from March 2016 to June 2018 were randomly divided into control (63 cases) and treatment (63 cases) groups. Children in the control group were intraeyelid dropped administered with Tobramycin Eye Drops, 1 drop/time, six times daily. Children in the treatment group were intraeyelid dropped administered with Yuxingcao Eye Drops on the basis of the control group, 1 drop/time, six times daily. Children in two groups were treated for 7 d. After treatment, the clinical efficacy was evaluated, and the eye symptom scores, the plasma CRP and IL-6 levels in two groups before and after treatment were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacy in the control group was 84.1%, which was significantly lower than 95.2% in the treatment group, and there were differences between two groups (P<0.05). After treatment, the eye symptom scores and total scores in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and which in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the plasma CRP and IL-6 levels in two groups were significantly decreased (P<0.05), and the plasma CRP and IL-6 levels in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Yuxingcao Eye Drops combined with Tobramycin Eye Drops in treatment of acute bacterial conjunctivitis in children can significantly improve the symptoms, suppres the inflammatory process, alleviate the inflammatory injury.
