| 摘 要： | 黄精是我国传统的药食两用中药,有着数千年的药用历史,具有补气养阴、健脾、润肺、益肾的功效。现代药理学研究表明,黄精多糖在抗氧化、改善学习记忆能力、免疫调节作用、防治糖尿病、保护肾脏、保护肝脏、抗骨质疏松、抗肿瘤、抗炎抑菌、改善心肌细胞损伤、抗疲劳作用方面具有重要作用。对黄精多糖的药理作用进行了总结,为进一步发掘黄精多糖的药用价值和养生保健价值提供参考。

| Abstract: | Polygonati Rhizoma is a traditional Chinese medicine with a history of thousands of years, which has the functions of replenishing Qi and nourishing Yin, invigorating spleen, moistening lung and benefiting kidney. Modern pharmacological studies have demonstrated that Polygonati Rhizoma polysaccharides play important roles in antioxidant effect, improving learning and memory ability, immune regulation, prevention and treatment of diabetes, protection of kidney, protection of liver, anti-osteoporosis, anti-tumor, anti-inflammatory and antibacterial effect, improving myocardial cell damage, anti-fatigue effect. This paper reviews the pharmacological effects of Polygonati Rhizoma polysaccharides in order to provide reference for further exploring the medicinal value and health care value of Polygonati Rhizoma polysaccharides to provide reference. |
