元胡止痛滴丸联合布洛芬治疗原发性痛经的临床研究

目的探讨元胡止痛滴丸联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经的临床疗效。方法选择2016年8月—2017年11月许昌市人民医院收治的原发性痛经患者130例为研究对象,根据就诊顺序号按照随机数字表法分为对照组和治疗组,每组各65例。对照组口服布洛芬缓释胶囊,月经前3 d开始服用,疼痛停止后停药,0.3 g/次,2次/d。治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上口服元胡止痛滴丸,30丸/次,3次/d。两组患者均连续治疗3个月经周期。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的疼痛情况和血液流变学。结果治疗后,对照组和治疗组总有效率分别为80.00%、93.85%,两组比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,两组痛经症状评分、视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、疼痛持续时间均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。治疗后,治疗组全血黏度、纤维蛋白原、血浆黏度、红细胞压积均明显降低,同组治疗前后比较差异有统计学意义(P0.05);且治疗组这些观察指标明显低于对照组,两组比较差异具有统计学意义(P0.05)。结论元胡止痛滴丸联合布洛芬缓释胶囊治疗原发性痛经具有较好的临床疗效,可减轻疼痛程度,改善血液流变学,具有一定的临床推广应用价值。

Clinical study on Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills combined with ibuprofen in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea. Methods Patients (130 cases) with primary dysmenorrhea in the People''s Hospital of Xuchang from October 2016 to November 2017 were randomly divided into control and treatment groups, and each group had 65 cases. Patients in the control group were po administered with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules, took the medicine from 3 d before menstruation to cessation of pain, 0.3 g/time, twice daily. Patients in the treatment group were po administered with Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills on the basis of the control group, 30 pills/time, three times daily. Patients in two groups were treated for 3 menstrual cycles. After treatment, the clinical efficacies were evaluated, and pain situation and hemorheology in two groups were compared. Results After treatment, the clinical efficacies in the control and treatment groups were 80.00% and 93.85%, respectively, and there was difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, dysmenorrhea symptom scores, VAS scores, and duration of pain in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). After treatment, whole blood viscosity, fibrinogen, plasma viscosity, and hematocrit in two groups were significantly decreased, and the difference was statistically significant in the same group (P < 0.05). And the observational indexes in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group, with significant difference between two groups (P < 0.05). Conclusion Yuanhu Zhitong Dropping Pills combined with Ibuprofen Sustained-release Capsules has clinical curative effect in treatment of primary dysmenorrhea, can reduce the degree of pain, and improve hemorheology, which has a certain clinical application value.
